Lawn mower kicked up a rock and broken a window, it was a very odd size and I was worried how difficult and expensive it was going to be to replace the glass but Pane n the Glass was quick to come out and give a quote. Price was very reasonable and the special order glass arrived faster than expected. The installers were great fast and the window looks beautiful again. Definitely would refer them to friends and family.

This company is fantastic and I highly recommend them. I have a 20 year old solid wood front door that has multiple panes of seeded glass. Some of them had become clouded and some had seals that were lifting between the panes. Most companies did not even want to touch the job. When I called Pane-in-the-Glass they said they would come look at door. Upon looking at Josh was very up front with me that the seeded glass may not be salvageable but he would try his best even though it was possible on removal glass could break or that clouding might not be removable. They had to take the panes back to a shop to clean and rebuild. Today they installed the rebuilt glass panes and they look fantastic. They were so careful getting the panes in and out that they did not leave a scratch on my stained door. They also did a glass shower wall in my master that also look fantastic One thing that really stood out to me was how they were on time and were completely honest beginning to end. It was nice to have a company show up when they say they will and be honest about process Thank you Chris and Josh!!! You could teach a lot of companies a thing or two!

Called at 11:00 this morning about having a glass pane installed. My call went to voicemail but the owner texted me before I could leave a message and said he was on another call and would call right back. We exchanged a few more texts regarding size and accesibility of window. It was a large window so he said he would have his guys stop and take a look at it that afternoon. 30 minutes before they arrived he texted to let me know they were on the way. When they arrived, they looked at it and said they could replace it right then if I wanted and gave me a very good price. An hour later it was done. The guys cleaned up after themselves, were extremely professional and clearly knew what they were doing. Now I understand why they have a 4.9 star Google rating. Highly recommend these guys!

Had a window that needed to be replaced. We received the referral from a neighbor who had the same window replaced and said this company was great. Called Pane-N-The Glass, the response was immediate that they would take care of it along with a quote. They were able to provide this quote since he had replaced others that were similar. We recently had an unfortunate accident with our garage door. A pane of glass was broken and needed to be replaced. I checked for companies that sold glass and came across Pane-N-The Glass. They had a 5 star rating and were close to us. We placed an order and were given an approximate delivery date, with a promise to let us know when it arrived. They kept their word and the pane arrived one day earlier. We set a pickup day and time. When we got there, the pane was ready to be installed. It was a perfect fit. Pane-N-The Glass is the company you need to call first if you have a need for anything that is glass related. My front door glass spontaneously shattered. It was leaded glass so it was not an easy fix. I called my usual go to company and they said they couldn’t help. My friend and former client suggested I call Josh. Josh came out and looked at it. Rather than just saying he can’t help me, he brainstormed with me and came up with some great suggestions. He left and I had an option A, B, and C to work with. He went back to the shop and he was able to locate a new door insert and contacted me right away to see if I wanted it; YES! He scheduled install asap. What I appreciated so much about him and the company was the willingness to come up with solutions rather than just say, “I can’t help.” Pane-N-the Glass will be my usual go to now.

I can not say enough great things about this company. They came promptly to provide an estimate, were extremely knowledgeable about options so that I could make an informed decision, the install went without a hitch and they cleaned up so well that you never would have known I had had any work done. I called other companies for estimates who either told me they no longer replaced glass in casement windows or whose prices were higher with less knowledgeable workmen. I liked the fact that the same persons who came to provide my quote actually completed the work. If you have older windows with blown seals and your window frame is still solid, I would strongly recommend replacing the glass instead of replacing the entire window. Pane in the Glass also cut a piece of glass to cover a desk top and it is a perfect fit.

They showed up when they said they would (actually earlier) and did a masterful job with the installation. Pane N The Glass did an amazing job at our house. They put new glass in three huge windows and they did an awesome job at a fair price. We also ordered a sliding glass door and when they removed the old door it was found that the header board was moldy and disintegrated. They cut away the wood til all clear, rebuilt what had to be done and it turned out beautifully. Very professional, meticulous and courteous. Very fair pricing , I highly recommend!

Pane-N-The-Glass is an outstanding company and truly experts in their craft. We recently remodeled our bathroom with two glass shower walls and a glass door, and from the moment they arrived to take measurements, it was clear they knew exactly what they were doing. We received several other quotes, but no one came close to their level of knowledge and professionalism. The icing on the cake was their dedication to customer service. I requested that our installation be moved up by two weeks due to the holidays and company coming into town. Crystal went above and beyond—moving heaven, earth, and probably a few other things—to make it happen. The final product is absolutely stunning. The glass on our front door in our home shattered and we called Pane N The Glass and they came out to give us a quote very quickly. We were pleasantly surprised that they were able to replace the glass and we did not have to replace the entire door. All communications were very prompt and they arrived at the time they said they would. The two gentleman installing new glass were pleasant, and even quiet as I had to sit on a conference call in my office right next to the front door. Josh was fast friendly and affordable. He came by for an estimate even when I couldnt make it to meet him, he sent it over via email and responded quickly when I was ready to do the work! His response time, communication, work and price left nothing to be desired. I could tell my older windows caused Josh to have to work a little harder and more diligently than usual, but he still remained true to his price and service! What a wonderful experience. I shopped around and met with a few companies. They came in not with the 'cheapest' price but ended up saving us the most money by not selling us stuff we did not need. From the first call they were very responsive and quick to get the job done. Got an estimate the same day they came out and had windows installed within 2 weeks. Pane-N-The Glass replaced a large framed shower enclosure with a beautiful frameless one. During the initial visit, Josh patiently answered all my questions and explained all available options in detail. I was impressed by how meticulously he measured all dimensions including level offsets. They also replaced the front door clear glass side panel with decorative frosted glass. They had the best proposal, not just in price but also in execution and their communication is outstanding. On installation day, they arrived on time, worked diligently and took extreme care of our property. They thoroughly cleaned once finished to the point that it seemed that the shower enclosure and the side panel had always been there. Wonderful! Josh (owner) and Chris came out and fixed 5 windows and saved me thousands of dollars compared to others who only tried to sell new, expensive window replacements that wouldn't even match my other windows. But that is only half the story. Due to a major medical concern with a family member, Pane-N-The-Glass was completely flexible on appointment date as I had to change dates a few times due to risks. Josh and Chris also wore masks and took every precaution to be safe around my immuno-compromised child.
